Worker reports

Run reports on worker data including availability, compliance, training, skills and utilisation

The Worker Reports section in Visualcare lets you pull reports across your workforce. You’ll find reports covering birthdays, availability, compliance, equipment, training, skills, utilisation and documents.

Access worker reports from Reports → Worker Reports in the main menu, or from the Reports tab within an individual worker profile.

Reports available from the worker profile

The Reports tab within a worker profile provides a report on services provided by that worker.

Reports available from the reporting module

The following reports are available under Reports → Worker Reports.

Report	Description
Worker Birthday	Report on worker birthdays in the coming month
Worker Availability	Report on worker availability, with filters by area and division
Worker Compliance	List of all worker compliance items, with filters on Alert Date or Expire Date
Worker Equipment	Report on all equipment items assigned to workers
Worker Training	List of all worker training items, with filters on Alert Date or Expire Date
Worker Skills	List of all worker skills. Filter by Worker or Skill by dragging the column header to the top of the screen
Worker Utilisation	Report on how many hours a worker would like to work (set under the Finance tab as Budget Hours Per Day). Select a timeframe to compare budget hours, rostered hours and completed hours
Worker Documents	Search across all worker documents

The Worker Utilisation report is useful for identifying workers who are under-rostered or over-rostered relative to their preferred hours.
