# HCP financial exports

> Understanding HCP financial exports in Visualcare, including the CW Unspent Amount CSV report

Visualcare provides financial export tools for Home Care Packages (HCP) that help you report on fund balances and unspent amounts. These exports are used for reporting to Services Australia.

## Export CW Unspent Amount CSV

The **Export CW Unspent Amount CSV** reports the amount of provider-held Commonwealth funds to Services Australia. This is separate from the total unspent balance, which comprises three distinct components:

| Component | Description                          |
| --------- | ------------------------------------ |
| **HCA**   | Funds held by Services Australia     |
| **CW**    | Provider-held Commonwealth portion   |
| **CR**    | Provider-held Care Recipient portion |

The CW Unspent Amount CSV shows the opening CW amount before any deductions are applied. The CW portion is only drawn upon once HCA funds are exhausted.

<Note>The CSV reports the provider-held Commonwealth funds specifically, not the total unspent amount across all three components. If you need to reconcile total unspent funds, combine the HCA, CW, and CR amounts.</Note>

To export:

1. Go to **Timesheets** → **Data Export**
2. Select the HCP export options
3. Click **Export CW Unspent Amount CSV**
4. Review the exported data against your Services Australia reporting requirements
